If you change your mind and would like to remove your ticket from the queue before the Wait List deadline (you can find this on your ticket) just follow these steps:
- Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the event.
- Press ‘# ticket(s) on the Wait List’ and select ‘Request Ticket Back’
If your ticket hasn’t already been purchased by another fan, we’ll do our best to return it to your account ASAP. Once restored you’ll receive an email and a push notification (if enabled) to let you know your ticket is back with you.
If your ticket is currently being offered to another fan we will restore it to your account once the reservation window is over.
If your ticket is snapped up by another fan during the request back period, we’ll send you an email to let you know, and issue you a full refund. The money should hit your account in 5–10 working days.
You can always rejoin the Wait List yourself for a chance to get tickets again if you decide that you do want to go to the event.
