When you buy a ticket on DICE, it’s stored securely in the app with a unique QR code linked to your phone number. It’s just one of the ways we keep tickets off the secondary market, meaning that fans always pay a fair price.
If you don’t have a smartphone or can’t download DICE because your smartphone device is incompatible and does not support the app, don’t worry – you can still purchase tickets quickly and easily at dice.fm. Most of the time, venues will have a DICE door list where you can gain entry by showing a valid ID matching your DICE account name. However, it varies from venue to venue. Send us a message ahead of time and we’ll do our best to help.
If you’ve lost, smashed, fried or otherwise mangled your smartphone, or you simply can’t seem to log in to your account, just send us a message and we’ll do everything we can to make sure you can still get into the event.
If you’re low on data or the wifi is dodgy at the venue, don’t worry. As long as you’ve viewed your tickets at least once since purchase, they’ll be available to use offline.
And if you accidentally delete the DICE app from your phone, you won’t lose your tickets – they’ll still be there if you re-download and log in again.
