If the event is postponed, it will say so on your tickets. We’ll send an email to all ticket holders and update the app as soon as a new date has been confirmed.
When an organiser confirms that a postponed event has officially been rescheduled, we’ll send you an email with the new date. You can also see the new date on your ticket in the app.
If you can't make the new date, you can request a refund.
