Refunds if your card or bank account has changed

If you’ve had a new card issued since you originally purchased your ticket, don’t worry, the refund will still go to the same account linked to your card. 

However, if you’ve closed your account or changed banks, we recommend getting in touch with your original bank to let them know you’re expecting a refund. They can usually help reroute the money to your new account.
