If we still have tickets available for an event and the Wait List hasn’t been activated, we won’t be able to offer your tickets to other fans. However, in most instances, we’ll be able to help you sell your tickets as soon as the show sells out – just keep checking the event page to see if anything changes.
Not all events will have the Wait List function switched on, even if the event has sold out – and that decision is always at the discretion of the event organiser, not DICE. If you aren’t able to return your tickets through the Wait List, you can always use the send to a friend function.
