How are my seats assigned?
For some events you will see the option to pick your seat pre-purchase and for other events you will be assigned the best available seats at the point of purchase.
How can I see what seat number I have been assigned?
To see what seat number you have been assigned or chosen you can refer back to your purchase confirmation or head to your tickets in-app.
How can I change my seat?
Whether you selected your seat before purchase or were assigned the best available seats at the time of purchase, you can change your seats through the app or via the 'change seats' button in your confirmation email.
Please note that some events will have unreserved seating, and the best spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your event has unreserved seating, this will be indicated on your ticket type.
If you have booked tickets to a seated event and want to change your seats but do not see the option on your tickets or confirmation please reach out to us on dice.fm/contact and we’ll do our best to accommodate a seat change.
