You will be able to find your 5-character code on your ticket in your DICE account (you can log into your account in the app or on our website) just before the stream begins. We'll also email the code to you shortly ahead of the show.
Please note that when logging in to DICE, we SMS you a 4 digit code – this code will not give you access to a stream. If you cannot locate your code 15 minutes before the stream is due to begin, please email help@dice.fm with the subject line ‘Didn’t receive my stream access code’ and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
