If your stream is still not working after trying the above steps, email help@dice.fm and in your message, please include:

  1. your phone number (and area code), 
  2. the 5 character access code for the stream, 
  3. the name/model of the device(s) you’re using to watch the stream and
  4. a screenshot or picture of the screen or any error message that may be popping up (if applicable).
