Once the organiser confirms with us that an event has been cancelled, we’ll drop you a text message to break the news, and automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method. The money should land in your account in 5-10 working days.


Not sure if an event has officially been cancelled? Open up your ticket in the DICE app – if the event is cancelled, it will say so on your ticket.
