When an organiser tells us an event has been rescheduled, we’ll let you know the new date via email/and or SMS. But if that date doesn’t work for you, you can easily request a refund and receive the full amount back to your original payment method. The money should hit your account in 5-10 working days.
For some events, there will be a deadline for refund requests. If there is, it’ll be included in the text message. If not, we’ll gladly accept refund requests up until 24 hours before the event start time.
