Refunds if you can’t make a rescheduled event

When an organiser tells us an event has been rescheduled, we’ll let you know the new date via text message. But if that date doesn’t work for you, you can easily request a refund and receive the full amount back to your original payment method. The money should hit your account in 5-10 working days. 

For some events, there will be a deadline for refund requests. If there is, it’ll be included in the text message. If not, we’ll gladly accept refund requests up until 24 hours before the event start time.
