Accessibility Form

An Accessibility ticket for Alexandra Palace includes a free companion and space on the viewing platform. Please carefully read through this form and provide the relevant information in order for us to assist you as quickly as possible.

If you do not require a companion ticket or space on the viewing platform, please let us know so we can pass this information on to Alexandra Palace.

If you purchased an Accessibility ticket by accident and do not require this, please let us know and we’ll be on hand to help, ensuring these tickets are available to those who need them.

Please fill out this form within 10 days of purchasing your tickets, otherwise they will be refunded.

Please provide a scan or photo of one of the following forms of evidence to support your request:

  • Front page of DLA / PIP / Attendance Allowance letter
  • Certificate of Visual Impairment
  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
  • CredAbility Access Card (www.accesscard.org.uk)
  • Blue Badge
  • Doctors / medical note
