Troubleshooting login issues

Key Information: Your account is created automatically

When you make your first purchase on DICE, your account is automatically created using the phone number and email address you provide. This ensures your ticket is held securely and directly linked to your details.

To access your tickets in the app, simply log in using the exact details provided during the purchase.

Once logged in, just click the 'Ticket' icon at the bottom of the screen.

 

Forgotten your email address?

If it's been a while and you are unsure which email address you used:

  1. Check your inbox: Look for the purchase confirmation email we sent you, that is the address linked to your account.
  2. If you can't find the email or no longer have access to it:
    • On the app's login page, select the option to "Request a new code."
    • You will be able to choose to receive the login code via SMS or phone call.
    • Once you have received the code and logged in, you can change your email address by going to Profile > Settings > Account Settings, and the account will be automatically updated.

The app is asking me to create an account, but I've already bought tickets?

If you have already bought tickets on DICE but the app is asking you to create an account, you are most likely using a different phone number than the one linked to your account.

This happens if:

  • You changed your phone number.
  • You used a friend's phone number to complete the original purchase.

Solution:

Get in touch with us at dice.fm/help. To help you log in and update your account, you will need to confirm:

  1. Your date of birth.
  2. The old phone number, including the country code (used for the purchase).
  3. Your current phone number, including the country code.
