Rough Trade hosts a variety of events, including in-store performances, and artist signing events. Their events often include merch (CD and/or LP) which is either posted to a UK address or collected on the day of the event.

How do I request a companion ticket for a Rough Trade event?

Please purchase a ticket for yourself and then reach out to us via dice.fm/help at least 2 weeks before the event, providing the following information:

  • Name of the event
  • Date and time of the event
  • Your specific requirements 
  • If you require a free companion ticket, please send one of the following forms of evidence:
    • - Front page of DLA / PIP / Attendance Allowance letter
    • - Certificate of Visual Impairment
    • - Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
    • - CredAbility Access Card (www.accesscard.org.uk)

We’ll then pass your request on to the team at Rough Trade to check that they can accommodate you. 

If you require assistance on the day of the event, please contact the Rough Trade store/venue directly.

If the event is at an outstore venue, rather than a Rough Trade store, please check out our Accessibility articles in our Help Center and get in touch with the venue directly if required. 

 

I can't make it to the show, can I collect my merch after the show?

Yes, if you can’t make it to the show but still want to collect the merch included with your ticket, you can do this anytime after the show. Just head down to the Rough Trade store where the event took place and they’ll be able to help you.

If your ticket includes P&P, your merch will be posted to you. More information is available in the event description for all events. 

 

Why can’t I purchase tickets? 

Due to postage restrictions, some events are geo-locked and tickets can only be purchased in the UK.

I haven’t received my merchandise after the postage date

If you've not received your merch 7 working days after the postage date, contact enquiries@roughtrade.com for assistance.
