Klarna

Klarna is now available as a payment method to purchase tickets for events in the UK. If Klarna is an available payment method, this will show in the 'Payment' section after selecting 'Check Out' on the event you'd like to go to.

How to use Klarna

1. Head to the event page, press 'Get Tickets', and select the quantity and type of ticket. Once decided, press 'Check Out' to head to the payment screen.
2. Select 'Payment' and choose Klarna as the option.
3. Press 'Pay Now' and you will be taken to the Klarna website to sign in or create your account.
   1. If you already have an account with Klarna, you'll be taken straight through to sign in and complete your purchase.
   2. If you do not have an account with Klarna, you will be asked a few personal details. If you're approved to pay with Klarna, you'll know instantly.
4. Once payment is confirmed, the tickets are all yours!

Payment Types

• Pay Now
  • Pay the full amount once you place your order.
• Pay later in 30 days
  • Purchase your tickets immediately and pay up to 30 days later.
• Pay in 3
  • Purchase your tickets and split the cost over 3 interest-free instalments. Remaining payments will be scheduled automatically every 30 days.
  • There is a minimum purchase amount of £50 if you choose this option.

Refunds

• If you have been issued a refund, the refund will be returned via Klarna.
• If you have not fully set up your Klarna account, you will need to log in to your Klarna account to complete any required details. Once completed, you will be able to claim the refund back from Klarna.

Not approved

• Klarna conduct soft credit searches for each attempted purchase, based on current credit information. If these checks fail, you will not be able to pay with Klarna.
• The Klarna customer service team do not have any further information about the automated decline reason, and they cannot change or influence the decision.

Required information

• To make a purchase using Klarna, they required your full name, email address and postal address. In some cases, you may be required to provide your phone number and date of birth.

Late/Missed payments

• Any missed payments will be added on to the next scheduled payment.
• Missed payments may be subject to late fees.
