For more event information about your upcoming Boiler Room event have a read through this guide to find out all you need to know. Boiler Room started with a webcam taped to a wall, opening a keyhole into London's underground. Since 2010 they've built a unique archive spanning over 8000 performances by more than 5000 artists across 200 cities. Today, Boiler Room remains true to that history. They support emerging artists. They tell stories from the fringes. They connect local dance floors to the wider world.

Can't make the event anymore?
Your best option to ensure your ticket doesn't go unused is either to check if the wait list is active and return your tickets, or find a friend who is interested, and you can transfer the tickets over to them. You can do this in the app, as long as your friend has a DICE account. To return your tickets to the wait list you just:
- Open the DICE app, tap the tickets icon at the bottom of the screen and click on the relevant event.
- Press Return tickets.
- Select which tickets you want to resell and tap Return.
- If your tickets get snapped up by another fan, you’ll be notified and a full refund will be issued to you (this can take between 5-10 days to appear in your bank account). If no one purchases your tickets, they will be returned to your account for you to use on the day of the event.
How do I send my tickets to a friend?
Tickets can only be transferred between DICE accounts – it’s part of how we keep tickets in the hands of fans, and away from resellers.
To transfer your ticket, just follow these steps:
- Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the event.
- Press Send ticket to a friend.
- Select the person you’d like to transfer to from your phone’s contact list.
- Then, choose the number of tickets you’d like to transfer, and press Send ticket.
It’s important that you send the ticket before the deadline, which is usually a few hours before the event, but the exact time for this will be shown on your ticket.
