Accessibility

How do I request a companion ticket for an event at the Old Royal Naval College?

If you require a Personal Assistant/Companion to attend the festival with you, follow the steps below to secure your free Companion ticket:

1. Purchase an 'Accessibility Ticket' from the event page on DICE. If you don't require a companion ticket, that is all you need to do. If you are applying for the PA/Carer Ticket Scheme, you must purchase 1 x Accessible ticket for yourself, and please do not purchase a ticket for your companion; instead, follow the below steps.

2. Email a screenshot of your DICE ticket in the app and submit your supporting valid evidence via email to  info@labyrinthevents.com.

Valid Evidence:

  • A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol. Visit the Access Card page for more information.
  • Confirmation from Social Services that the individual is listed on their Deaf Register, or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70 - 95 dB HL or more.
  • War Pensions Mobility Allowance.
  • Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate)
  • A personal letter from the GP, community nurse, or social worker.
  • Disability or mobility benefit award letters.
  • Copy of a Blue Badge (both sides)

3. Once the evidence and ticket info has been received and verified, the organisers can send you a link to purchase your free PA/companion ticket. You will then have both tickets in the DICE app.

4. Closer to the event, the organisers will send you an Access Information Pack with all the information you require about our accessible facilities on site.

Can't make the event anymore?

Your best option to ensure your tickets don't go unused is to check if the wait list is active and return your tickets, or find a friend who is interested, and you can transfer the tickets over to them. You can do this in the app, as long as your friend has a DICE account. To return your tickets to the wait list, follow these steps:

  1. Open the DICE app, tap the tickets icon at the bottom of the screen and click on the relevant event.
  2. Tap 'Return Tickets'.
  3. Select which tickets you want to resell and tap Return.
  4. If your tickets get snapped up by another fan, you’ll be notified and a full refund will be issued to you (this can take between 5–10 days to appear in your bank account). If no one purchases your tickets, they will be returned to your account for you to use on the day of the event.

How do I send my tickets to a friend?

Tickets can only be transferred between DICE accounts – it’s part of how we keep tickets in the hands of fans, and away from resellers.

To transfer your ticket, just follow these steps:

  1. Open the DICE app. Tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the event.
  3. Press Send ticket to a friend.
  4. Select the person you’d like to transfer to from your phone’s contact list.
  5. Then, choose the number of tickets you’d like to transfer, and press Send ticket.

Please send the tickets before the deadline, usually a few hours before the event (the exact time will be shown on your ticket).

Lost Property

At the Event: Go to the Information Tent located behind the Merch Tent.

Following the Event: Please email info@labyrinthevents.com. They will contact you if we find your belongings.

If you don't hear from their team within 3 weeks, sadly, they've not found your belongings.
