Update your postal address

If you need to change your postal address for those rare occasions when we have to post you a paper ticket, or when we might need to send you merch that comes with your ticket, just follow these steps.

1. Open the DICE app.
2. Tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Hit the settings icon in the top-right corner.
4. Go to Address.
5. Tap your postal address to update it, and then press Update address to save your changes.

Please note: if you’ve already purchased tickets that require us to post you something, the item may have already been dispatched, so updating your address won’t guarantee arrival to the new location. Get in touch here or via your tickets in app with your phone number and the item you’re waiting for, and we’ll check this for you.
