Your postal address is important for those rare occasions when we need to post you a physical (paper) ticket, or when merchandise (merch) is included with your ticket purchase.
To update it, please follow these steps:
- Open the DICE app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Tap the Settings icon (the gear symbol) in the top-right corner.
- Go to Address.
- Tap your postal address to edit it.
- Press Update address to save your changes.
Important Notice Regarding Recent Shipments
Please note:
If you have already purchased tickets or merchandise that require a physical shipment, the item may have already been dispatched. In that case, updating your address in the app will not guarantee that the package arrives at the new location.
