Update your email address

If you need to change the email address linked to your DICE account, please follow these simple steps within the app:

1. Open the DICE app.
2. Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. Tap the Settings icon (gear symbol) in the top-right corner.
4. Go to My details.
5. Tap your email address to update it.
6. Press Done to save your changes.

If you receive an error message, likely, the phone/email is already associated with an existing account. Please reach out to us, and we will try our best to help you.

Important Note Regarding Gmail

Please be aware of how Gmail handles usernames and email addresses:

• Dots are ignored: Gmail does not recognise dots as unique characters within usernames and emails. For example, emails sent to [e-mail] and [e-mail] will go to the same inbox.

Account Separation: This means we are unable to make amendments or remove other users who appear to share a similar email with yours if the only difference is the placement of dots. If you are receiving another person's emails, they likely entered your email address by mistake during sign-up.
