The wait list explained The wait list explained

We believe tickets belong in the hands of fans, not resellers, and that they should only ever be sold at a fair price. That’s why we have the wait list: if you can’t make it to a sold-out event, you can add your ticket to the wait list to be purchased by another fan – no drama, no rip-offs.

The ticket is offered out to fans who have joined the list, and they each have a set period of time where the tickets are reserved for them. If they don’t purchase the ticket during the window, it goes to the next person in line. If the ticket is sold, you get a full refund. If not, the ticket is returned to you so you can use it or transfer it to a friend (if that option is available for the show).

Not all events will have the wait list function switched on, even if the event has sold out – and that decision is always at the discretion of the event organiser, not DICE. To see if your event has the wait list enabled, check your ticket by opening the app and tapping the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
