What is Refund Protection?
Refund Protect is a third party service offered by Protect Group that allows you to enhance your ticket with additional refund terms.
If you cannot attend your event due to unforeseen circumstances covered by the protection policy (such as illness or travel disruptions), Protect Group handles the entire refund process for you.
How can I add Refund Protection to my ticket?
If Refund Protection is available on your event you will see this option pop up once you've added tickets to your cart. The protection will cover all tickets within your purchase.
If you wish to only protect a portion of your tickets for an event, you will need to complete separate purchases.
How to I submit a refund request to Protect Group?
Head here to apply for a refund. Your booking reference can be found on your ticket in app or on the confirmation email you received with your Refund Protection purchase.
There is also a link on your ticket that will take you straight to the pre-filled form.
What scenarios am I protected for?

For any changes made by the event organiser, contact us directly via dice.fm/refund. This includes cancellation, postponements, and headliner or venue changes.
