Extras are add-ons for your tickets and can include meet & greets, VIP upgrades, queue jump, coach tickets, after parties and food & drink vouchers. Please check the description for more information about what is included in each extra.
How do I purchase extras?
When available, extras can be purchased once you have purchased your ticket for the event.
- Head to the tickets section in-app.
- If extras are available, you will see the option to ‘Browse Extras’. You’ll then be presented with the different extras.
- Select the extras you’d like to secure and press the ‘Purchase’ button.
After purchasing your extras, you will see them attached to your tickets in-app.
Transferring extras
Although extras cannot be transferred on their own, tickets with extras attached can be transferred as normal.
Select the ‘Send to a friend’ option and you will see all of your tickets and which ones have extras attached.
Refunds
Extras follow the same refund policy as found in our Purchase Terms.
If the event is sold out and the event partner has activated the wait list feature, you can still offer your tickets to the wait list. If your ticket sells, your extra will be automatically refunded.
