What are third party tickets?
Some venues and festivals (e.g. O2 Arena, All Points East) require fans to use their own app to access tickets.
Tickets for shows at these venues can be purchased on DICE and the ticket will be visible in the venue’s app, rather than in DICE. These tickets will not be usable in the DICE app.
Once you’ve purchased a ticket for one of these venues, you’ll be sent an email confirming the next steps. Usually, it involves downloading their app and logging in with the same details you’ve used on DICE.
Can I use the wait list or send to a friend features when purchasing third party tickets?
No, you’ll need to use these features on the venue/festival app. They usually have a resale option, but you can reach out to them directly for information on how this works.
Can I change seats?
No, DICE cannot accommodate seat swaps for these events, as the tickets will only be available in the venue/festival’s app. Please reach out to the venue directly, or ensure that you purchase the correct seats before checkout.
Still have a question about the app your tickets are in?
There’s more information here on: The O2 App, All Points East, AXS and Ticketmaster.
If you have a query on the day of the event, please head to the box office when you arrive.
