How to activate your tickets on the day of the event

Your tickets are safely stored in your account. The Activate QR Code button and QR code will only become available on the day of the event, usually a couple of hours before it starts.

The exact date and time when your QR code will become active is displayed on the yellow activation button at the bottom of the page, visible when you access your tickets through the 'Ticket' tab.

How to activate your ticket:

1. Open the DICE app and tap the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the event.
3. Tap Activate QR Code.

When activation is available, tap Activate QR Code. A unique QR code will be generated for each ticket you have. 

Each QR code is valid for one person, unless the ticket type allows entry for more than one person. 

If you purchased multiple tickets and are arriving together, you can show all tickets on one device at the door. If you have more than one ticket and any ticket holder is arriving separately, you must send that ticket to them before activation opens. 

Please note: Once your tickets are activated, you will no longer be able to transfer them to a friend or return them to the waitlist, if those options are available. Please do not screenshot the QR code, as your ticket may not be valid for entry.  Find out how to send a ticket to a friend.
