HERE at Outernet - Accessibility FAQs

HERE Accessibility

HERE is an unseated venue with step-free access throughout. Below you’ll find useful information regarding the accessibility at HERE, as well as how to request assistance to get your requirements accommodated.

Tickets

Please purchase your standard ticket on DICE and reach out to DICE Fan Support via the DICE app or dice.fm/contact to confirm your requirements (e.g. wheelchair space, companion, etc).

If we can’t accommodate your requirements DICE Fan Support will refund your ticket. Please note, that immediate assistance cannot be guaranteed, so please reach out with as much notice as possible.

Accessibility Viewing Area

For all music events, we have a limited capacity Accessibility Viewing Area for customers who require space for a mobility aid and those who require a seat. This allows each ticket holder a spot or seat in the viewing area, a standing spot in said area for the included companion, as well as Priority Access. Please get in touch with DICE through dice.fm/contact or via the DICE app to add this to your ticket. If we are unable to accommodate and you are no longer able to attend the event, we will refund the original ticket purchased.

To note: we can only accommodate up to one companion per spot or seat in the Accessibility Viewing Area.

If tickets are sold out, feel free to get in touch with DICE Fan Support as there might be some leftover allocation for the accessibility area.

Essential Companion Ticket

We have a limited amount of essential companion tickets for all our music events at HERE. Please purchase the ticket type of your choice and reach out to DICE via the app or dice.fm/contact to add this to your ticket.

If we have run out of companion ticket allocation and this means you are no longer able to attend the event we will refund your original ticket purchased.

Priority Access

We offer Priority Access to avoid the door queue and shorten the time spent in the queue. If this would be beneficial please contact DICE via the app or dice.fm/contact to add this to your ticket.

Please note, that immediate assistance cannot be guaranteed, so please reach out with as much notice as possible. If you’re requesting help on the day of the event, please also reach out to the venue directly via accessibility@outernetlive.com
