How do I request a companion ticket for a Rough Trade event?
Please purchase a ticket for yourself and then reach out to us via dice.fm/help at least 2 weeks before the event, providing the following information:
- Name of the event
- Date and time of the event
- Your specific requirements (seating, priority entry, wheelchair access, etc)
- If you require a free companion ticket, please send one of the following forms of evidence:
- - Front page of DLA / PIP / Attendance Allowance letter
- - Certificate of Visual Impairment
- - Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- - CredAbility Access Card (www.accesscard.org.uk)
We’ll then pass your request on to the team at Rough Trade to check that they can accommodate you.
If you require assistance on the day of the event, please contact the Rough Trade store/venue directly.
If the event is at an outstore venue, rather than a Rough Trade store, please check out our Accessibility articles in our Help Center and get in touch with the venue directly if required. There's also usually information regarding accessibility on the event page.
